Tax, is a Former IRS Agent with a Master of Taxation Degree. Mark is licensed as an Attorney and Counselor at Law in Missouri. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Kentucky, Missouri, and Florida by the Kentucky, Missouri, and Florida State Boards of Accountancy.Mark graduated with a B.A. from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, Completed post-graduate studies in accounting at the University of Illinois, Chicago Circle, received a Master of Taxation graduate degree from the University of Akron, Ohio, and earned a J.D. from the University of Louisville School of Law, Louisville, Kentucky. He is a U.S. Veteran having served honorably as an officer in the U.S. Army. He is an Active Member of Rotary International.
He has broad training and/or experience in many areas of financial and forensic accounting, auditing, financial planning, IRS representation, and small business management. Mark is available to assist in cases involving a wide variety of matters involving financial irregularities.
